How to Register Your Purchase

Warranty Coverage

  • 12 Months: Baby Chair Series (covers defects in materials and workmanship).
  • 36 Months: Baby Car Seat (covers manufacturing defects).
  • Applicable only to products bought in Malaysia from authorized retailers.

Authorized Distributor

Warranty is valid only with registration and applies to the first user and their children. Coverage applies from January 1, 2020, onward.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidents, misuse, carelessness, or incorrect usage.
  • Cosmetic issues like fading or scratches.
  • Products repaired by third parties.

Warranty Validation and Claim Process

  • Claims are validated by Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd.
  • Original invoice must be provided during claims.
  • Valid only for new stock.
  • Products from lucky draws or open units may not be covered.

Service Charge & Product Collection

  • Service charges may apply for out-of-warranty services.
  • Products must be collected within 3 months post-service.
  • Obsolete products may not be serviced.

Modification to Terms

Quinton reserves the right to change warranty terms due to service availability, product changes, or regulations.

Return Address: Customer Service Center, PT 11, Jalan Mahsan, Taman Industri Mahsan, 72100 Bahau, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
Shipping: You are responsible for shipping and costs.
