Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd (201901031308 / 1340638-U) — your purchases are protected against manufacturing defects. Car seats carry a 36-month warranty. Strollers and high chairs carry a 12-month warranty. Register within 30 days of purchase.

Section 01

Warranty Coverage

Quinton Baby warrants all products against manufacturing defects for the periods below, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased in Malaysia from authorised Quinton Baby retailers, and only from 1 January 2020 onwards.

Baby Car Seats
36 months
Manufacturing defects only. Applicable to all ECE R129 i-Size and ECE R44/04 certified models purchased from authorised retailers.
Strollers & High Chairs
12 months
Manufacturing defects only. Applies to all stroller models and the Baby Chair (high chair) series.

The warranty is valid only for the first registered user and their children. It is not transferable to a second owner. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase and is only applicable to new stock from authorised retailers.

Section 02

How to Register Your Warranty

Register online within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Visit the registration page
Go to quintonbaby.com.my/warranty-registration within 30 days of purchase.

Provide your product details
Enter your product model name, serial number or QR code (found on the product label), and purchase date.

Upload proof of purchase
Upload a digital copy (photo or scan) of your receipt or invoice. This document is required for all warranty claims.

Inspect within 7 days of receiving
Check your product thoroughly within 7 days of delivery. Contact support@quintonbaby.com.my immediately if you find any defects.

Save your confirmation
Save the registration confirmation email. Keep your original receipt — both are required for future warranty claims.

Section 03

What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded from the Quinton Baby warranty:

Normal wear and tear — general deterioration from regular use over time.
Accidents, misuse, or carelessness — damage resulting from drops, collisions, incorrect usage, or failure to follow product instructions.
Cosmetic issues — colour fading, scratches, surface marks, or aesthetic changes that do not affect function.
Unauthorised third-party repairs — products that have been serviced, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Quinton Baby authorised service personnel.
Products from lucky draws or open units — promotional, display, or open-box units may not qualify for full warranty coverage.
Products not from authorised retailers — warranty is void for products purchased from unauthorised sellers, grey market, or outside Malaysia.

Section 04

Warranty Claim Process

All warranty claims are validated by Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd. The original invoice must be provided during any claim. Claims are valid only for new stock purchased from authorised retailers.

Contact Quinton Baby support
Email support@quintonbaby.com.my or use the Contact page. Provide your order number, product model, defect description, and photos.

Claim validated by Quinton Baby
Our team will assess your claim against the warranty conditions. You will be notified of the outcome via email. Provide your original invoice when requested.

Ship product to service centre
If the claim is approved, send the product to our service centre (see return address below). You are responsible for shipping costs to the centre.

Repair or replacement
Quinton Baby will repair or replace the defective product. Replacement is subject to stock availability. You will be notified once service is complete.

Section 05

Service Charges & Product Collection

Service charges may apply for repairs that fall outside the warranty period or outside covered defects.
Collection deadline: 3 months — products must be collected within 3 months of service completion. Quinton Baby is not responsible for uncollected products beyond this period.
Obsolete products — models that have been discontinued may not be serviceable due to unavailability of spare parts.
