Business Day Days when commercial banks are open in Selangor, Malaysia — excluding weekends and public holidays.
Content Text, photos, trademarks, artwork, music, computer code, graphics, logos, and their design, selection, and arrangement on the Site.

Terms of Payment

The price of goods on Quinton Baby is the price listed when you submit your purchase. This price excludes packaging, delivery costs, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any additional taxes along with the listed price.

Credit Cards
Visa and MasterCard with 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode). Securely encrypted. Additional charges may apply for non-Malaysian cards.
Debit Cards
Visa and MasterCard debit cards from Bank Islam, CIMB, Hong Leong, Maybank, Public Bank, and RHB. Securely encrypted.
Online Banking
Ringgit Malaysia (RM) transfers via AmBank, Bank Islam, CIMB, Hong Leong, Maybank, Public Bank, and RHB.

Section 06

Orders & Delivery

Quinton Baby aims to deliver goods to the address specified during checkout, following the estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation. Shipping and processing charges cover the cost of handling, packaging, and delivery.

Delivery acknowledgement
You may be required to sign upon receiving goods. For any faults or damage, contact Quinton Baby Customer Service at +60 123836148 or support@quintonbaby.com.my.
Transfer of risk
Once delivered, the risk associated with the product transfers to you. Quinton Baby is not liable for loss or damage after the risk has transferred.
Delivery delays
If a delay is anticipated, Quinton Baby will inform you. However, Quinton Baby is not liable for losses or expenses caused by delayed delivery as permitted by law.
Failed delivery
If you are unavailable, a notice will be left. If you do not accept delivery within one week, Quinton Baby may charge incurred fees or cancel the contract and refund you minus reasonable administration, delivery, return, and storage costs.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Faulty item returns
Contact Customer Service with your order number, name, address, product details, and reason for return. Specify whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Quinton Baby will assess the returned product and notify you via email.

Non-faulty returns
If a returned product is not faulty, Quinton Baby may decline to repair, replace, or refund it. Courier and servicing costs may be charged to your payment method at standard rates.

Quinton Baby reserves the right to cancel any order, even after confirmation. If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued. Quinton Baby is not liable for changes to site content or refusal to process an order.
