Accident Replacement Programme
Safe Car Seat Programme
A car seat involved in a road accident must never be reused — even if no damage is visible. Quinton Baby (M) Sdn Bhd (201901031308 / 1340638-U) will replace your car seat for free after any road accident, provided all programme conditions are met.
Critical child safety
Why a car seat must be replaced after any accident
A car seat that has absorbed impact forces during a road accident may have invisible structural damage — hairline cracks in the polycarbonate shell, compromised harness anchor points, or deformed energy-absorbing foam — that cannot be detected by visual inspection alone. A seat that looks perfectly fine may no longer protect your child in a second impact.
This is why safety authorities worldwide — and Quinton Baby — recommend replacing any car seat involved in a moderate to severe accident. The Safe Car Seat Programme removes the financial barrier, ensuring no Malaysian family is forced to reuse a potentially compromised seat.
Do not reuse a car seat after any accident. Return it to Quinton Baby through this programme and receive a free replacement. Your child's safety cannot be compromised by cost.
