Section 01

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days across Malaysia. Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). Weekend and public holiday deliveries are not available.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order summary and a tracking number to monitor your parcel in real time.

West Malaysia
Free

Free shipping on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia. No minimum order required.

East Malaysia
Low Cost

Low-cost shipping to Sabah and Sarawak via our designated courier partner. Rate displayed at checkout.

Quinton Baby is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process. Shipping is currently available within Malaysia only. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

Shipping Service Rules

The following rules apply to all Quinton Baby deliveries in Malaysia. Please read these carefully before placing your order.

Signature required — a signature must be provided to complete all deliveries.
Weekday delivery only — deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are excluded.
No P.O. box or hotel delivery — we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotel addresses.
Customer-borne taxes & fees — any applicable customs duties, taxes, or courier surcharges are the customer's responsibility.

International Shipping

Standard shipping from Quinton Baby covers Malaysia only. If you are outside Malaysia and interested in purchasing Quinton Baby products, contact our sales team directly to discuss availability, shipping timelines, and costs.

Section 05

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or Malaysian festive seasons such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali. We process orders as quickly as possible, but courier delays during peak periods are outside our direct control.

What happens if delivery fails

First failed attempt
The courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice for self-pickup at the nearest collection point.
2nd
Second failed attempt
If the second delivery attempt fails, the package is returned to the Quinton Baby warehouse.
RTS
Return to sender
You may collect your package from our warehouse, or request a redelivery — additional delivery charges apply for further attempts.

Use the tracking number sent to you via email to monitor your parcel's status with our courier partner. If your package appears lost or has not moved in more than 5 business days, contact us immediately.
